Kilele mentorship Program:

KILELE Mentorship program by Pathway for Livelihoods Initiatives-Kenyais a program with a global impact that promotes life skills, mental health, and principle of self-determination with a focus on personal, spiritual and professional development.
We strive to make a positive and lasting impact in the lives of youths both in school and Universities/colleges. In partnership with PEFA community church in Syokimau, PLI-K will carry out a four week program to ex-candidates who will be joining universities and colleges later in the year.
The program will run from 27th Feb -25th March, 2023.

Ojectives:
- The mentorship program aimed at building round skills of our participants, it is therefore categories in 6 specific areas as follows:

1. Life skills
2. Spiritual formation,
3. Career guidance
4. Community services
5. Personal development skills
6. ICT and Entrepreneurship skills
7. Excursion
The aim of this program is to empower the post high school students with lifelong knowledge and life skills to navigate life through college/ university and career.
